Spacious, clean room for an extended stay. Rooms are quiet even though the hotel is always busy. There is a great atmosphere with a mixture of business and regular guests.

A daily tidy up and weekly deep clean work great. There is a gym, laundry, grill and small, outdoor swimming pool.
Reservations with this hotel are unreliable. Twice now I have booked through a service and hours later been told that they didn't have a room for me after all. The first time when I arrived there were several police on site and a fight apparently going on along with a loud crowd. After a couple of hours on the phone with the booking service sitting in my car (since I didn't want to be around the police, the fight and the crowd), once they finally got me into a room it was decent. However, it seems likely to me that the hotel has an unofficial policy of holding out for a higher price and cancelling special rate reservations. I will avoid this place from now on.
Fixtures and fittings are modern and well maintained. Internet is fast and reliable. It's worth signing up as a Sonesta Guest to access even faster internet speeds.
Access to and from the I-93 is easy and there is a local Dunkin Donuts, Chili's Grill and Bar and Chateau Italian restaurant within walking distance.
Front Staff are friendly and responsive. Booking Staff and local management are readily available and very professional. Invoicing and billing are accurate and timely.
I travel a lot and this is a much better experience than staying in the usual "premium" branded hotels.
Free hot and cold breakfast bar and also hot snacks Tuesday to Thursday evenings. Well stocked shop with fair prices.
Stayed here for a month as we were getting ready to move into our new home. Went better than expected. Bball court w/ balls and pool w/ bbq grills next to it is pretty sweet in the summertime. Cute little rabbits running around the perimeter remind you we're in the country and proximity to both nature trails and highways makes for a good location. Free shuttle van is a really nice amenity and coffee, beer and wine at the front desk is a nice touch, as are the weeknight social hour events (wouldn't mind if they offered beer/wine at those, as other hotels often do, however). 5 stars if housekeeping were better, though.
Clean, well equipped rooms with excellent staff. Great free WiFi. Breakfasts were very good. We stayed over a month with 2 lids and would be glad to do it again.
The only bad part was they ran out of hot breakfast with an hour left on my second morning. I bring this up because the reason I chose a hotel over Air BNB was for the breakfast they provide being more than some toast and muffins, but every other day was totally fine! Room was amazing, people were wonderfully friendly, and the amenities looked great (even though I didn't use them). The drive to the subway system was easy enough, so it didn't feel too far out of the way from the city. Couldn't recommend it enough! When I go back next year, this is going to be a top choice for my stay.
