Nothing says 'good customer service' like the sweet, well groomed,smiley people who see customers satisfaction as their only priority. My guests were entranced by the eyes on the skull (which glow red when midnight strikes), they did a marvelous job. I've had a craving for spicy BBQ boneless wings and was delighted to find them here. Margaritas are pretty weak but that's to be expected at a chain like this. Ended up with the spicy boneless with fries and girlfriend enjoyed her flatbread. Server was great and I liked the fact that you can reorder drinks and pay right from your table. Prices were very reasonable. Definitely will be back
First impression! Great bartender! Name of Chris! There when you needed him fabulous smile great personality which is sorely lacking in most bartenders today. Drinks were costly but good. Fabulous bar and atmosphere. Typical fast food pub fare, but we enjoyed our visit and will be back!
What a shame they took away the 10.00 3 course meal and changed the menu again...leave it alone Chillis. Not sure if Ill be eating here frequently again.
